Class Level: Intermediate Our Thursday Hatha yoga class is perfect for anyone who wants to do yoga in a small, intimate & relaxing environment with guidance from the teacher (Alena). Alena's Hatha yoga classes include a gentle warm up, the practice of asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided relaxation at the end of the class. This class is designed to bring peace to the mind & body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. See below for more information regarding class times, location & more.
