Class Level: Intermediate Our Wednesday Hatha yoga class is perfect for anyone who wants to do yoga in a small, intimate & relaxing environment with guidance from the teacher (Alena). Alena's Hatha yoga classes include a gentle warm up, the practice of asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided relaxation at the end of the class.
