Weekly class £7 per class - 1 hour 15 minutes Class Level: Intermediate (Tuesday) & Intermediate/Advanced (Friday) Our Hatha yoga classes are perfect for anyone who wants to do yoga in a small, intimate & relaxing environment with guidance from Alena. Alena's Hatha yoga classes include a gentle warm up, the practice of asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided relaxation at the end of the class. This class is designed to bring peace to the mind & body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
